Heading into 2026!

It’s hard to believe that a year has passed since the last blog post!

I first shared my story last January. A full 2 years into my journey of curiosity and long nights experimenting with oils and butters. Looking back at the path from that first nervous batch in 2023 to where we are today fills me with gratitude, pride, and renewed excitement for the year ahead. 🥰

2025 was a year of growth, understanding, and connection — both within myself and with all of you.

I continued refining my soap formulas, learning how different oils, clays, and essential oils interact to create bars that cleanse, nourish, and delight. Every ingredient is chosen with intention.

I made small but meaningful changes, like transitioning to recyclable boxes and eliminating shrink wrap on almost every product.

Being at local markets (although fewer), hearing your stories, and seeing how the products become part of your self-care rituals has been incredibly fulfilling. Your feedback has shaped what I make, how I package it, and what I hope Sweet Lea and Lily aspires to become.

Over the past year, our offering expanded beyond artisan bars to include:

Hydrating Body Lotions in comforting scents and creamy textures — crafted to nourish skin long after you step out of the shower.

Solid Dish Soap — handcrafted to cut grease gently and last longer than traditional liquid dish soaps, with plant-derived ingredients and essential oils.

Sugar Scrubs, Lip Balms & More — little luxuries that elevate everyday moments into moments of self-care. 

Each of these products carries the same heart and attention to detail that defined my first soap batches.

What’s on the Horizon

As we step into 2026, I’m thrilled to share some of the ideas and expansions brewing behind the scenes. These are inspired by your feedback, trends in skincare, and my own passion for crafting beauty with purpose.

Expect new additions that complement our existing lineup — think gentle body butters, luxurious bath salts, and seasonal collections designed for hydration and well-being.

We’re exploring botanical-rich formulas — using ingredients like calendula, rose petal, and soothing oats that speak to both skin benefits and sensory experience.

🫖 3. Eco-Friendly Everyday Essentials

From refill options to concentrated cleansers, we’re looking at ways to help you reduce packaging waste while enjoying high-quality artisan products.

📚 4. Workshops & Behind-the-Scenes Content

I’m passionate about the craft behind the products, and in 2026 I’d love to share workshop experiences, tutorials, and deep dives into the ingredients and processes that make our soaps truly special.
