Where's My Order?
Thank you for shopping with Sweet Pea and Lily! Here's how to check on your order:
🔍 Check Your Order Status
The fastest way to track your order is through your customer account. Log in to view real-time order updates, including fulfillment status and any carrier tracking information.
📦 Tracking Your Shipment
If your order was shipped via UPS or Canada Post, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Click the tracking link in that email to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.
🏪 Local Pickup Orders
If you selected local pickup, you'll receive an email notification when your order is ready at 74 Oasis Street. No tracking number will be assigned to pickup orders.
