Where's My Order?
We're so excited for your Sweet Pea and Lily order to arrive! Here's how to check on it:
Step 1: Check Your Account
The easiest way to track your order is through your customer account. You'll find your order status, fulfillment updates, and any carrier tracking links all in one place.
Step 2: Check Your Email
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if available). Check your inbox — and your spam folder, just in case!

Don't Have a Tracking Number?
Some orders — including local pickups and certain fulfillments — may not have a carrier tracking number. In those cases, your order status in your account will reflect the most up-to-date information we have.
